The Best College Degree for Stock Traders or Market Success?

Videos
In this video, we are going to take a look at what are some common college degrees that you can get, which is somewhat related to investing or trading.

You may get a finance degree, an economics degree, a business administration degree, computer science or, one of my favorites, statistics.

However, before going to college to pursue any of these career paths, you need to ask yourself a very simple, yet extremely important question: What do you want to do in the future? Because there are a lot of areas that you could get into when it comes to trading and investing.

For example, if you want to work for a company and analyze reports, then maybe a finance degree would be beneficial for you. Or if you want to manage a financial business and ask other investors to invest with you, in that case, a business administration degree might be the best option.

In other words, you have to look at what is it that you want to do within trading or investing, and then get the degree that’s helpful or necessary for that.

However, if you just want to make some money on the side, or make some additional income for your retirement, then having a college degree is not absolutely necessary. You can learn how to trade and invest very well and make money, without having any particular college degree.
